Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: How do I make a return or exchange?

A: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@es-creations.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (we are not responsible for damages to any items caused by shipping carriers). We will request a picture of the item(s). If a replacement is necessary, it will be the same item and color/design as initially ordered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Tumblers, clearance items, and custom/personalized items are not eligible for return. Please contact us if there are any issues with these items, once received.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure to check the size chart prior to ordering, to minimize sizing issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

 

Q: What is the shipping timeframe/policy?

A: Orders ship from Virginia. Once your order has been received for processing, it may take up to two weeks for order completion. Unfortunately, expedited shipping is not available at this time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. It is strongly recommended that all customers choose "Route Shipping Protection" at checkout, for a nominal fee. This is made available for all customers as "peace of mind" insurance for shipping. If it does not appear initially in your cart, or if you'd like to remove it, please go back into your cart, where it can be added or removed, or it may appear after shipping details are entered. Once an order has been scanned and shipped by the shipping carrier, E's Creations, LLC is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by shipping carriers, or acts of nature. If needed, claims will need to be filed with the shipping carrier, or through "Route Package Protection". If Route Shipping Protection is chosen, you will receive an email from them after checking out.

 

Q: What shipping carrier is used?

A: Orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

**Please note that if a PO Box is entered as the shipping address, then USPS is used, as USPS is the only carrier to ship to PO Boxes. Please note that USPS continues to experience shipping delays. In addition, packages may not be scanned in a timely manner, in order to monitor package tracking.

 

Q: How does Shop Pay payment installments work?

A: Payments are split into 4 biweekly, interest free payments, using a credit or debit card. Unfortunately, Capital One cards are not accepted for Shop Pay Installments.

 

Q: How does Sezzle work?

A: Split your entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No
fees if you pay on time with zero impact to your credit.

 

Q: What is the largest size I can order?

A: The largest size available for t-shirts and hoodies is 4XL. The largest size for a long sleeve tee is 3XL. Please be sure to check the size chart, prior to ordering.

 

Q: Why do sizes 2X and above cost more?

A: Shirt suppliers charge more for larger sizes. Unfortunately, we have to pass this fee on to our customers.

 

Q: Where can orders be shipped to?

A: At this time, shipping is only available in the United States. 

 

Q: How do I request a custom/personalized item?

A: Please use the “Contact Us” form, or send an email to info@es-creations.com. **Please note that wreaths are only available for pick up in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area**.  

 

Q: What types/sizes tumblers do you offer?

A: All tumblers offered are 20 oz. skinny sublimation tumblers. 

 

Q: Can I pick up my order, instead of having it shipped?

A: Yes, pickup is an option for local customers in and around the Fredericksburg, Virginia area. Please select this option at checkout. You will receive instruction via email about your order. If you have any questions about this option, please feel free to send an email to info@es-creations.com. 

Q: Am I able to use multiple discount codes?

A: No, multiple discount counts cannot be used in the same transaction. The cart will automatically accept the code for the highest discount, if another code is attempted while an automatic discount code is active on the site.

 

Q: I've sent an email, why haven't I received a reply?

A: All emails will receive a response within 24-48 business hours, not including holidays.
